to Educate is an annual fundrasier in the form of a charity gospel
concert. This year's event will feature some of the finest gospel acts
from around the United States who use the power of music to support the education
of underprivileged children in Liberia.

Smile Liberia was formed to provide underprivileged children of war-ravished Liberia with access to quality education.
Smile Liberia executes its mission by providing primary school children in the poorest parts of Liberia, as well as ex-child soldiers and orphans with much needed educational incentives such as: school supplies, textbooks, school building and renovations, scholarships, playgrounds, uniforms and clothing, etc.
Liberia has an illiteracy rate of approximately 80%; about 60% of this number comes from children and youth in the poorest parts of the country. Additionally, 61% of school-age children are out of school due to poverty and the consequences of almost 15 years of war in the country.
